Found on instagram. They are very responsive and professional. All of my questions were answered over instant messenger and over the phone. Shipping was fast and secure, and the ring was beautiful! She loves it. Thank you for all of the help, will be ordering the matching band soon!

Purchased a ring my Fiancée did not want. Had to change the ring and when I say they were efficient when it comes to replying to emails I mean within 10 minutes the day after a holiday. Wow! Alexander Sparks created the engagement ring of my dreams!!! Incredible price, quality, and sparkle! I got engaged in April of 2023. Yesterday, December 13th my ring was stolen (later returned) but out of panic and desperation I called Vlad the owner to see if I could have another one made without involving my fiancé. Vlad’s generosity and kindness in my moment of despair, speaks wonders to his character and willingness to make an injustice not of his own doing, right for his customers. Vlad offered to make me a new one at a significantly reduced price. Fortunately my ring was returned to me. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for you Vlad! I’ve had only great experience with Alexander sparks! My cousin was visiting NYC and we decided to see what jewelry stores can offer. We googled and found out that they were open !
